Ricardo Lourenço was born on December 21st 1982 in Portalegre, Portugal. He has lived all his life in permanent contact with the natural environment and it was through that symbiosis that he has built his perception of the world. In 2007, by the dazzle of wanting to know "in loco" the wildlife that surrounded him and his increasing passion for photography, he combined these two and started capturing moments of wildlife. Photo after photo, the importance of processes, methodologies and products resulting from his work were each time more important. Through regular online publications and specialty magazine he intends to connect people to the natural world capturing their attention to the beauty that the singularity of an image can deliver.
